your content is yours
You own what you post. By posting on Crunch, you give us a licence to store and display it to the people you've chosen to make it visible to (public, followers, or private). We don't claim any ownership over it.
what you're agreeing to
By using Crunch, you agree not to: post content that's illegal in the jurisdictions where we operate; harass, threaten, or doxx other users; use the service to distribute spam; attempt to access accounts or systems you don't own; or use the service in a way designed to harm it or its users.
account suspension and termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. For most violations we'll warn first. For serious violations — harassment, illegal content, doxxing — we reserve the right to act immediately. You can appeal a suspension via the appeals process.
our liability
We provide Crunch as-is. We're not liable for user content, data loss, or service interruptions. We'll do our best to keep things running and to give you warning before anything drastic happens — but we can't make promises about uptime.
if we shut down
We'll give at least 30 days' notice and make a full data export available before closing. Your posts are yours and you'll have time to take them with you.
changes to these terms
We'll notify users of material changes. Continuing to use Crunch after changes take effect means you accept them. If you don't, you can export your data and delete your account.
